TIME 4U

These Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") govern your use of the mobile and internet-based business tools and services offered by Time4U, LLC ("Time4U," "we," "our," or "us") to you ("you," "your" or "Professionals") at and through the website [yourwebsite.com] and any other sub-domain, our mobile app (the "App"), the website(s) we allow you to create, and the related services we provide (collectively, the "Time4U Service(s)"). The Time4U Service is a platform that powers the businesses of Professionals and facilitates interaction with clients seeking the services of such Professionals' businesses (collectively or individually, the "Clients"). Each business account must have an account owner and administrator who is the "Account Owner" of the Time4U Services. Account Owners, Professionals, and Clients are collectively or individually referred to herein as "Users." Any subscription or registration related to the Time4U Services (each, a "Subscription"), is subject to these Terms of Service. Your Subscription may only be used for the purpose of representing and enabling your business. You must be an authorized representative of the business you represent on the Time4U Services. Personal, consumer, or family use of a Subscription is not intended or permitted.

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS FOR YOUR USE OF THE TIME4U SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONNECTION WITH A SUBSCRIPTION OR FREE TRIAL, AND REQUIRE MOST DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND TIME4U TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE TIME4U SERVICES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT) AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU (1) ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND (2) HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, DO NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE TIME4U SERVICES. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS. THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, A CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF DISPUTES, AND OBLIGATIONS TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

IN PARTICULAR, PROFESSIONALS SHOULD UNDERSTAND HOW THE LAWS WORK IN THEIR RESPECTIVE MUNICIPALITIES, CITIES, COUNTIES, STATES, AND COUNTRIES BEFORE PROVIDING SERVICES. SOME STATES HAVE LAWS THAT REGULATE EVENT PLANNING, BEAUTY SERVICES, AND RELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, IN ADDITION TO PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PROCESSING COLLECTIONS PRACTICES. IN MANY STATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS MUST BE LICENSED BEFORE THEY ARE ABLE TO COMMERCIALLY PROVIDE THEIR SERVICES. PENALTIES MAY INCLUDE FINES OR OTHER ENFORCEMENT.
